Black Label is a Chicago based full service fashion consultancy and traveling boutique focusing on private clients and business clients alike. Founded by Style Artist, Yanira Garza, Black Label marries her passions, fashion styling, make up artistry and luxury retail, in a very unique way. Unlike most stylists that focus on simply wardrobe, Black Label focuses on the full package. Your style doesn't just stop at your clothes, it only begins there. Giving you lessons on make up application, personal shopping and having your wardrobe tailored to fit you is a few of the many services that Black Label provides. Black Label also works with a number of designers, boutiques, wellness centers, salons and spas around the Chicago land area to provide you with an unbiased recommendation on how best to complete your look and even goes a step further by bringing it all to your doorstep. While the collection featured in our traveling boutique is only womens wear and accessories, Black Label is very well versed in mens wear and extends its services to male clientele.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER.
Chicago native, Yanira Garza started her career as a part time model while studying Fashion Design and working as a make up artist. After an internship with an online fashion publication, she was asked to stay on board as a freelance fashion editor which peaked an interest in styling. Once receiving her degree in Design and Merchandise Management, Yanira continued to work as a make up artist for the likes of Chanel, Shiseido, YSL and Smashbox as well as high end luxury showroom sales and retail management. With experience in both the fashion and beauty industry, Yanira has developed a keen eye for style. She has worked with top models from Elite, Ford and BMG. Her resume includes, actor Freddie Rodriguez, Chicago Magazine, The Palmer House Hilton, Ulta, InStyle, Latino Fashion Week and many more. Yanira is currently represented by Agency Galatea.

Who is your fashion muse: Sienna Miller
Before you were a Labelite: Aside from make up artistry and freelance wardrobe styling, I was in luxury retail management but it was time to step out into my own.
Dying to own: A second home somewhere in Europe or Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Cannot live without: Mascara...I'll never need anything else.
Soundtrack to your life: Anything fun from Samantha James to Empire of the Sun but tomorrow it might be Billie Holiday, Coldplay or the Spanish rock band Mana.

ABOUT THE STYLE DIRECTOR.
Through her extensive experience in event planning and management, Andrea Figueroa, learned very early on how to stay cool, calm and collected through any possible situation. These skills soon became her foundation for executing perfection in each and every event. With 8 years of experience in the fashion industry with a focus on event planning and production not to mention a solid educational background in Marketing Management from the Illinois Institute of Art-Chicago, Andrea has worked for StyleMax Chicago, Fashion Focus, Fashion Frost, Latino Fashion Week, local designers and holding titles such as Production Manager/ Head Stylist for the some of the biggest events in Chicago. Adding yet another title to her resume, the title of Style Director for Black Label. As Style Director, Andrea manages several ascepts of the business all while focusing primarily on events, staying true to her talents and her roots.

Who is your fashion muse: Nina Garcia
Before you were a Labelite: I was an event planner for over 8 yrs. I produced events as intimate as a romantic yacht outing for two, to elaborate weddings for 200.
Dying to own: A walk-in closet! I know, I know thats what every girl wants but I mean a closet large enough to be considered an extra room in the house.
Cannot live without: My heels (all of them)! Although some days may call for a pair of cute flats.I always have a pair of heels on hand!
Soundtrack to your life: The soundtrack to my life would be a Homemade playlist. Each day of my life is different. My emotions, my thoughts and my creativity are in constant evolution. So there isnt just one song, or one soundtrack.there are many.
